Love

Be good and gentle to others

Forgive them and be that brother

Or sister or father or mother

Who shows you what love can do

When you’re faithful and walk in the truth

Love can make the sky blue again

If not in real life

Then for sure deep within

And make you breathe and wipe away

All the darkness that should not stay

Embrace others with kindness

Jesus did that - with all His brightness

And left a light inside all of us

To give to others because they might just

Have forgotten the meaning of life...

Think about who you are

And your purpose in this world

You won’t have to go very far

To get the meaning served

Our Father who created you

And for you to follow His will

Just stay with Him

Listen to His voice

Try to be so still

With His breath a single word

He will reveal the truth

To stay on His path

To follow His steps

He will show it all to you

And when your life on this earth

Is over and you’ve done your part

He will welcome you

In heaven above

Where you are forever loved.

I see the world clear now

Baptized, now I belong to you

The spirit is rising

As I see the whole truth

The truth of the Holy Spirit

And the love that I feel

For the Lord, my God

Makes it even more real

Follow the path

Though it is narrow and long

My Lord will help me

And tell me to be strong

At the end of my days

I am not alone

My God will be with waiting

To welcome me at His home.
