My faith & I

I have always believed in God. God believes in me too. Things can happen and suddenly it is very comforting to have the faith in God, believing He will bring order and set things right. I was reminded of my faith, when things started to happen in my family and private life. Things from the outside came into my life and made deep impacts and sometimes I had difficulties believing that my life ever could get any better.

In 2022 I returned to God. Or I should say, God had me meet a special person, who reminded me of having faith – when all hope seemed to be gone. I regained my faith and I regained faith in life. God believe in me and I believe in Him.

In 2022 I joined a Bible study group. We met once a week, and still do, reading the Bible, talking about what we read.

We shared testimonies, talking about life in general, but mainly to study the word of God and what we can learn through God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

In June 2023 I was baptized in the lake at Hald Ege. It was a fantastic day, spent with my Bible group and family

I for sure felt the presence of God.

But something had happened inside of me. I felt words inside my heart, words that wanted to be written on a piece of paper.

My first poems remind me of the connectedness I received and still have with God. He is there for me…. No matter what. He has my back, He answers me, when I am in the need of help. That is powerful.

The poetry I have writing is not meant to stay in one of my books, on my telephone or on my computer, it is meant to fly amongst you.

A certain Lord has pushed me and given me the faith. The poems are meant to benefit more people and not just me. But you.
